Monique's HEART provides specialized academic and IEP/504 support for K-12 students with exceptionalities. As a former district ESE teacher, support facilitator, case manager, and behavior specialist with over 20 years of experience, I help families navigate the exceptional student educational system to ensure their child's success and protect their educational rights.

About Monique's HEART
With over 20 years' experience supporting students with exceptionalities including ASD, ADHD/OHI, EBD, SLD, cognitive impairments, behavior needs, physical limitations, and speech/language disabilities, Monique is dedicated to making a difference. Originally based in Broward County, Florida, she is currently based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Monique's HEART is committed to empowering parents and students with support through advocacy and consulting in the exceptional student education system.
