Parent IEP/504 Support Package: Services IEP Review and Advocacy
IEP Draft Consultation Service Includes:
- Review of parent concerns
- Goal/accommodation/service suggestions
- Parent input statement support
- Provide meeting questions to ask
- Written summary of recommendations
Best for parents who have a meeting coming up or need help understanding the IEP.
IEP Meeting Support and Advocacy Includes:
- Attend IEP or 504 meeting in person or virtually
- Advocate student’s needs in educational program
- Ask IEP meeting questions
- Explain what is happening in plain language
- Help clarify goals, accommodations, and services.
- Support the parent’s voice
Best for parents who wish to have assistance and support during the IEP meeting

Student Academic Support Package- Weekly or Biweekly Support
Best for reading, math, homework, study skills, and test-taking. Sessions are completed outside of school hours. In person and virtual options available.
Session Options: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes
Price range:
$35–$60 per 30 minutes
$50–$85 per 45 minutes
$65–$100 per hour
Student Success Coaching Package - Weekly or Biweekly Support
Best for check-in and check-out, coping skills, motivation, organization, confidence, behavior goals, executive functioning, and self-advocacy. Success coaching also provides trusted adult mentorship for students with occasional planned social-emotional activities or events
Possible price range: $50–$90 per session
Student Support in the Classroom Package– Weekly or Biweekly Support
School-based support may be available with parent consent and school approval. Support in math, reading or language arts classes as well as social-emotional support with routine and structured social situations.
